Workshop Description

Ages 7 - 14 Join us on adventure though the hundred ache woods! We will meet once a week on Thursdays for 9 weeks with two performances on Friday, August 2 at 7pm and Saturday, August 3 at 1pm All auditions, rehearsals, and the final performance are mandatory, unless otherwise discussed. Please dress comfortably, and bring a water bottle & pencil to each rehearsal. Schedule: Auditions will be held on the first day, June 6. Here are the audition instructions to be considered for either a speaking role or an ensemble role: Speaking Role: Please prepare 30-45 seconds of one song of your choice, a cappella, AND one monologue from the audition packet. Ensemble Role: Please prepare either 30-45 seconds of one song of your choice, a cappella, OR one monologue from the audition packet. Everyone auditioning for Winnie the Pooh will be cast! Please note you may not receive a speaking role even if you audition for one. We try our best to feature everyone as best as possible though! Cast list will be emailed before the next rehearsal. Rehearsals will be held every Thursday from June 6 - August 1 from 4pm - 6pm (no rehearsal July 4th - additional rehearsal to be added) Everything will take place at Barrington Campus Life Center: 150 S Lageschulte Street, Barrington, IL 60010 Costumes will be the responsibly of each family. A costume guide will be sent home on the first day. Registration fees are due by June 6 and are non-refundable after June 14. Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer participate, please let us know 24 hrs before the first day. Refund requests will be accepted up to one week after the first day, unless otherwise stated. Registration fees are non-refundable after the second rehearsal.
